CNHInspections is locally owned by Christopher and Lauren Underwood. Christopher is a Certified Professional Inspector through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) as well as a Nebraska Licensed Radon Measurement Specialist. He carries many certifications and qualifications through InterNACHI, Inspection Certification Associates (ICA) and American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT). Throughout his career he never stops training and learning by continuing his education. Additionally, he has general knowledge of various components and systems of a house through past work experience in the plumbing and heating & air trades. Prior to working in the trades, he served in the United States Coast Guard for six years, stationed in Alaska and North Carolina. His military background has instilled in him the Coast Guard Core Values which are Honor, Respect and Devotion to Duty.
